Domestic Shipping Charges/Policies
Our shipping is price based.  Online orders are fulfilled and shipped in the order they are received between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.  If you have a special 'need by' date please communicate that with us in the comments section of your order at the time you place it. 

Sales up to $24.99 shipping is $4.95
Sales from $25.00 - $49.99 shipping is $6.95
Sales from $50.00 - $74.99 shipping is $8.95
Sales $75 and up shipping is FREE!

Do you ship overnight?
Yes, we gladly ship any United States order next day or 2nd day air.  Next day air is a flat rate of $55 and 2nd day air is a flat rate of $35.

What are your International shipping rates?

Sales up to $99.99 shipping is $35.00
Sales from $100.00 - 199.99 shipping is $45.00
Sales from $200.00 and up shipping is $45.00

Is your checkout process secure?
Absolutely!  Your credit card information is absolutely safe with Shopify payment systems.  Any pages that ask for your personal information are encrypted and secure.

Can I place a credit card order over the phone?
Yes!  Give us a call at 407/896.3232 

Can I track my package online?
Once we ship your package, you should automatically receive an email with your tracking information. If you ever have any concerns or don’t seem to be getting the emails, by all means contact us.   

Can I return or exchange my items?
We challenge ourselves to capture and celebrate the world’s lighthearted moments everyday in our paper collage kingdom, but in real life, we take our customers’ happiness extremely seriously.  You have our promise for excellent customer service and satisfaction in every aspect of your purchase.

If you decide to return or exchange an item, send your return & a copy of the invoice to:

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Return shipping fees for exchanges & refunds are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases where we’ve shipped the wrong item or something arrives damaged. If this occurs, R. Nichols will assume responsibility for return fees, but please contact us before shipping the item back so we can decide on the best course of action.

Provided the returned item arrives intact & in re-sellable condition, we’ll proceed with your exchange or refund. For exchanges, we’ll need to be in contact about the payment method you’d like to use for the shipping of the replacement item.  For refunds, we’ll credit the card or online payment method that was originally used.

Do you personalize stationery? 
For the last few years, R. Nichols has been delighted to offer impromptu and add-on personalization on select stationery items for both our online, and retail store customers.  Going forward, we are able to offer this customization amenity only for higher volume orders of 250 count and above. We hope that you will still consider us an essential and joyful part of your favorite stationery wardrobe, even without the monograming on the collar.

 

What kind of tools does the artist use for his creations?
Nick is proud to use Fiskers scissors.  In fact, 2017 marked the 50th anniversary of the birth of Fiskar Orange-handled Scissors. There have been more than one billion pairs of these scissors sold, you probably even have a pair or two of these fine scissors yourself in your kitchen or office drawer.  Pretty cutting edge stuff, huh!

 

The adhesive that holds it all together is a UHU glue stick, combined with a silver exacto knife for placement and poking, and some brightly colored art paper.  It helps to have the A/C on, a sunny window to stare out of, along with a couple cats circling and supervising the process.

How do I subscribe to your email and SMS mailing lists?
We have email and SMS texting lists.  You can subscribe when you sign up to be a customer or send an email to customerservice@r-nichols.com requesting to be adding to our mailing lists.

 

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing lists?
Our emails always have an “unsubscribe” text link down at the bottom. Just click on the link in the email, follow any instructions, and you’ll be off the list.  Or reply STOP to your text from R. Nichols.
